This page describes the site management modalities for personal data processing of users who consult the site.
This is a circular letter pursuant to Art.13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 on matters of personal data protection for those who interact with the services and web pages of the site, accessible electronically at the address:

This notice is provided exclusively in relation to the site in question and its parts. This is not extendable to other sites or pages not belonging to the site itself as consulted by the user through links.

Following the simple consultation of this site or interaction with it, data related to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.

DATA PROCESSING CONTROLLER
The data controller is the company Elenca S.R.L., established in Via R. Guttuso 5/A, 42019 Scandiano (RE) Italy, and VAT Number 02368170359.
The processing connected to the web service so this site may take place at the aforementioned operational headquarters or else at the office of the data controller. And they are only handled by technical staff of the Office-in-charge or by eventual persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.

DATA COMMUNICATION
The data collected may be communicated to the eventual processing controller during the supply from the web service or the consultation of the pages. They will not be communicated or be disclosed to other subjects unless with explicit authorization from the user.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PROCESSING OBJECTIVES
Surfing data
In the course of their normal operations, the computer systems and software procedures placed at the service of this web site acquire some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This concerns information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but that by their very nature could allow users to be identified through processing and association with data held by third parties.

These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. They are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used for ascertaining responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes leading to damages of the site.

The optional, explicit and voluntary submission of data to this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the address of the sender involved, which is necessary to respond to requests as well as eventual other personal data sent.
Specific summarised information will eventually be reported or displayed on the pages of the site prepared for particular services on request.

DATA PROCESSING AND STORAGE METHODS
Personal data collected during browsing are processed without automated tools by means of logic strictly related to the purposes indicated and with suitable methods to guarantee security and confidentiality in accordance with the provisions of Article 32 GDPR.
The data will be stored only as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is collected and processed.

RIGHTS OF  THE DATA SUBJECTS AND OPERATING MODE
You are informed of the existence of your right to request access to your personal data, to rectify, erase, limit the processing of your personal data, and oppose its processing and to the portability of such data (Arts. 15 to 22 of the EU GDPR regulation);
You can exercise your rights and know who are the third parties to whom the data can be communicated by writing to the e-mail address amministrazione@elenca.it, or by filing a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

COMPLAINTS TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
You are entitled to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority at the Office for the protection of personal data, by sending a registered letter with return receipt to the address: Piazza Monte Citorio no. 121, 00186 ROME; or a certified e-mail addressed to protocollo@pec.gpdp.it
